Looking for an opportunity to better the celiac community in your city?  We have been successful for going on three (3) years with a business that we were told would not "Fly".  It has soared!!  Our stores are information centers, where doctors, hospitals, and dieticians, feel comfortable sending their patients because they know we will take care of their needs.  No one does what we do.  We care, we provide information, we help the support groups, we provide food and fresh baked goods to a community that is thriving and growing.  Our stores will be chocked full of gluten free food with daily fresh baked goods.  Besides a gluten free grocery store, we will have an instore gluten free bakery.  We anticipate having our franchising for roll out in 2009.  If you are interested in applying, please contact us and let us know of your interest.
