Homemade GF Oatmeal Packets


  • 6 1/2 cups GF oats*
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar


  • Begin by blending 1 cup oats in the blender until powdery. Then divide the ingredients into 10 plastic baggies so that you have approximately ½ cup unpowdered oats, 2 Tbsp powdered oats, 1/8 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar in each baggie.
  • To cook in the microwave combine packet and 2/3 cup warm water or milk. Microwave about 1 ½ minutes. To cook on stovetop, add ½ cup boiling water to a bowl with the contents of a packet. Stir until thickened.
